Commercial strategy, representation and coaching for independent hotels.
You built a hotel people love. And every month, a growing share of your revenue leaves through booking platforms that have never set foot in your house.
We spent fifteen years inside Europe's finest hotels learning how commercial strategy really works. Now we bring it to independent, privately run properties like yours. More direct bookings. Less OTA dependency. A brand that stays yours.
THREE WAYS WE SHOW UP
WHAT WE BELIEVE
The best hotels
aren't defined by
their thread count.
They're defined by
how people feel.
We believe hospitality can create truly human experiences. Guests who feel understood, not just served. Teams that connect instead of just performing. And a place that keeps its character, no matter how much the world around it changes.
That is what we work toward, in everything we do.
Fifteen years where the bar is highest
Before Coherence Collection, our founder Sascha Schulze spent fifteen years inside some of Europe's most demanding hotels. Four Seasons. The Ritz-Carlton. Grand Hyatt. Oetker Hotels. Most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois in Basel, where he was part of a CHF 30 million transformation: a new spa, a new restaurant, a full brand and digital overhaul.
That is the machine the big houses run. Most privately run hotels will never have it. That is exactly why we exist: to translate what works at the top of the industry for your house, whether it has 20 rooms or 200.
WHAT IS COMING
Ideas we're building.
Things we couldn't find anywhere else.
AI & Hospitality
Technology built for small hotels
We are developing AI tools designed for independent properties. The goal is simple: handle the repetitive work faster, support direct bookings and give you back time with your guests. We will share more when there is something worth showing.

Coherence Network
Collective strength, individual soul
Our long-term vision is a network of independently owned, privately run hotels. Shared visibility, shared knowledge, shared values, without any hotel losing what makes it theirs. We are in early conversations with first partner properties. This will take time, and we would rather build it right than fast.
If any of this feels right stay close.
Join The Boutique Journal and we'll keep you in the conversation. Twice a month. No noise. Just things worth reading for people who care about independent hospitality
